2009 MENC All-NW High School Honor Groups

ALL-NORTHWEST HIGH SCHOOL HONOR GROUPS

The 2009 MENC All-Northwest audition materials are now available for teacher and student access. The posted packets are materials only and NOT the application packet.

The application process will be done completely online this year. The instructions on the process will be posted approximately September 1. The tentative due date for applications and auditions will be October 6, 2008.


CALL FOR SESSIONS

Submit your ideas for sessions for the 2009 MENC-NW Conference online.  Call for session proposals are due by April 15, 2008.  the date has been extended.***

***Please note that we are currently fighting a glitch with our online submission form.  We are working on a fix.  However, you can still submit your session ideas -

  • Make sure to hit "Save Changes" regularly - every five minutes to be sure that you don't lose your work.
  • Make sure to include a presenter/facilitator and click "update" at the very end of that row.

PERFORMING GROUP APPLICATIONS

Have your school or community band, orchestra, choir or other ensemble audition for the 2009 MENC-NW Conference.  Simply download the forms and follow the instructions. Performing Group auditions and applications are due by June 2, 2008.


EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES

Potential Exhibitors can review the prospectus and submit the contract to reserve a booth at the 2009 MENC-NW Conference in Spokane

We also will debut a "College-Career Fair" where exhibitors can display their materials to 1600+ high school musicians in the All-NW and Washington All-State groups.  Download the Prospectus and Contract for the first-ever College-Career Fair.
