WHEN AND WHERE A timeline of the significant events of the 2010 conference.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: Online registration for the 2010 conference is now closed. WMEA looks forward to seeing you at the 2010 Yakima Conference. If you have not preregistered for the conference, you can register on site. If you have preregistered, simply pick up your packet at the preregistration booth and you’ll be ready to go. The registration and preregistration booths will open at 11 AM Friday, February 12 and remain open until 6 PM. They will also be open at 8:00 AM Saturday and Sunday

If you are not a member, you can either join MENC to get member rates or you can register at non-member prices.

HOUSING INFORMATION:  Housing can be arranged through the Yakima Valley Group Reservations web site.

  •  Go to Yakima Valley Group Reservations

  •  You'll need the event's group code:  ConferenceGuestsWMEA21209 - copy and paste this into the group code box in step one

ALL-STATE CONCERT TICKETS:  If conference delegates need more tickets for WMEA High School All-State Concerts, they cost $15.00 and can be purchased through the Capitol Theatre Ticket office.  Call 509-853-2787.

 

 

EXHIBITORS: Potential Exhibitors can review the prospectus and submit the contract to reserve a booth at the 2010 WMEA Conference in Yakima.

We also will debut a "College-Career Fair" where exhibitors can display their materials to 900+ high school musicians in the Washington High School All-State groups.  Download the Prospectus and Contract for the College-Career Fair.
