HIGH SCHOOL ALL-STATE PRELIMINARY AUDITION
MATERIALS - These materials are here for the purpose of
students having the opportunity to begin preparations
for auditions which will be submitted online in the
fall. These are not the official application
packets.

site on or around September 1, 2009. The
official packet may have materials that may be slightly
altered from the preliminary materials, so please
re-check the materials when you download

WMEA serves band, choir,
orchestra and jazz students in grades 9-12 through annual All-State
groups. Students audition for the opportunity to
perform with the best high school musicians in the state under the baton
of a nationally-renowned director.
In addition, MENC sponsors All-Northwest groups every other
year, providing opportunities for students from six northwest states.
The groups offered each year are listed below.
Audition packets will be posted late summer each year. Student auditions occur every fall.
