WMEA HALL OF FAME

Current Members

Nomination form (.pdf)

The Washington Music Educators Hall of Fame was established by the WMEA Board of Directors to give recognition for exceptional support, inspiration and outstanding contribution to the growth and development of music education, both public and private, in the state of Washington.

A maximum of 10 members will be selected every two years for the Hall of Fame and inducted at our conference in Yakima.

Please take some time and think about outstanding music educators you have known and supporters from the music industry who deserve this special recognition. To be selected by one’s peers is one of the highest honors a person can receive.

To nominate a music educator for this honor, download the nomination form, print it out and send it to the WMEA office. The deadline for each biennium is August 1 of odd-numbered years.
